These would be your tasks

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Processing of all payment transactions as well as all bank postings
• Ensuring completeness of accounting
• Preparation of monthly financial statements in cooperation with the tax advisors
• Inventory / cost of sales calculations
• Internal offsets
• Preparation and posting of outgoing invoices
• Allocation and evaluation of cost centers
• Reconciliation of controlling with accounting
• Posting and account assignment of incoming invoices incl. payment run
• Closing and checking of the payment system (Moss)
• Preparation of sales tax returns (also outside of Germany)
• Preparation of statistics
• Preparing the annual financial statement

YOU fit in our team if

• you have a degree in the finance sector or a commercial apprenticeship
• you have already gained professional experience in the accounting department of a company based in Germany
• your way of working is independent, efficient and accurate
• you have good human relations skills, a good time management and you act solution focused
• you enjoy implementing and improving processes
• you have good MS-Office skills (Excel)
• you have an above-average engagement and team spirit
• you can communicate well in German and also in English
• you have already gained experience with DATEV (approx. 2 years desirable)
