We are Vinokilo. We are a growing team on a mission to make secondhand fashion more desirable than new, fast fashion. Our HQ is based in Bodenheim, a beautiful town in the middle of wine country, 12 km south of downtown Mainz on the edge of the Frankfurt Rhine Main-Region. Our proximity to the airport and our central European location makes us open to the world. We operate our event business all across Europe. 

The impact you will create on Vinokilo

As a Store Manager Mainz (m/f/d) you will lead and run the store in Mainz. With you in our team, our new store in Mainz will be a complete success and us customers will go home happy with new clothes. This will all be possible, since as a new store manager you will… 

• lead and run the store
• create the shop appearance and experience according to the branding and mission of the company 
• work with the events team to create one off events and drive sales
• work with the marketing team to create content and promotions for the store
• be responsible for the Instagram account of the store (Story posting + Customer service) in coordination with the marketing team
• responsible for customer experience 
• responsible for cashless transactions between goods and customer 
• inventory reporting & management 
• data reporting to Robin Balser 

What we need you to have

• fluent in German and English
• self driven 
• a structured and independent way of working 
• be proactive, creative, and solution-oriented
• strong planning and organizational skills 
• leadership skills
• experience in retail a big plus 
• hands on mentality
• an EU work permit
