The impact you will create on Vinokilo

As an Ecommerce Operations Lead (m/f/d), you will work in the area of our online shop.

  • Create and communicate weekly and monthly production plans and goals based on sales reports and data
  • Lead the sourcing, steaming, shooting, editing, product copywriting, inventory management, fulfillment and customer care teams. 
  • Oversee and facilitate efficiently a wide range of cross-functional operational processes.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Scheduling of team members
  • Work closely with marketing and sales department to achieve targets
  • Tracking of inventory and creation of inventory reports
  • Supporting in budgeting and forecasting outputs
  • Finding ways to optimise operations for efficiency
  • Be able to innovate
  • Be able to identify bottlenecks and offer solutions
  • Follow market trends 
  • Report to our Director of Ecommerce

What we need you to have

  • a completed Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Ecommerce, Supply Chain, International Business or similar field of studies
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Previous experience of a min. 2 years in a similar role within a growing fashion/e-commerce company would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English (the team is international)
  • Be willing to relocate to Bodenheim, Germany
  • Have an understanding of logistics systems
  • Experience in end-to-end process management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge and working experience with Shopify
  • Knowledge of Intercom and warehouse management system (e.g. TM3) would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in (vintage) clothing and ecommerce sales would be an advantage
  • Good people management skills and leadership
